How to Successfully Manage a High Growth Business looks at the special considerations and planning needed for you to achieve sustained profitable high growth. It explains how to get all aspects of your business to work well simultaneously and consistently and it will identify both the good and challenging side effects of growth and how to deal with them.
This introductory seminar will identify the issues and provide an overview the areas we must address when managing a high growth business. Each of these topics will be explored in more detail in the full 6 part programme. This programme can currently be match funded by a government grant of £1000.
